Michael M. Thomas is a Non-Profit Business Consultant, certified transformation achology life coach, author, motivational speaker, and licensed minister. Mr. Thomas has been active in providing services for groups and philanthropic leaders for over 20 years where he inspires and energizes diverse congregations, and provides training for novice and experienced organizations to grow and excel. As a former Real Estate Broker that has worked extensively with the general public, Mr. Thomas masterfully relates self-development, personal instinct, and strategic planning to address both marketplace and spiritual needs with revolutionary solutions. He has a track record of solving common problems with uncommon solutions. After receiving a Bachelors degree from the Jacksonville Theological Bible College, Mr. Thomas dedicated his life to helping others achieve their highest potential, which quickly grew into assisting leaders in developing themselves and their teams to maximize their potential. His specialty includes deep provocative thinking, volunteer expansion, quantitative measurement, demographic research, multi-dimensional fundraising, and technology training. Mr. Thomas is also a former Senior Agent with the Business Development & Consultants Group, LLC where he had a concentration in non-profit consulting, grant writing, and technology media support. Mr. Thomas and his teams have assisted organizations with receiving over $20 million in donor and grant funding and has helped hundreds of people and organizations develop strategies, methods, and procedures, that propel dreams and visionary plans into tangible lasting results.

Michael is the Founder and Executive Chair of Propel Forward Inc. a 501c3 Non-Profit organization. He and his wife Faith Thomas have been involved in outreach and social services for more than two decades. They have a heart for reaching individuals who face challenges due to poverty, displacement, and lack of resources.
Through their community involvement and leadership roles, Michael and Faith have spent years serving thousands of people with food, clothing, toiletries, resources, workshops, seminars, acts of kindness, and messages of hope.
Their goal is to reach the disadvantaged and disenfranchised in the Piedmont Triad, North Carolina, Virginia, and surrounding areas with a “pay it forward” approach that is designed to assist individuals by providing uncommon solutions for common challenges. With this in mind, Michael and Faith established Propel Forward Incorporated in September 2015.
Faith N. Thomas
Faith Thomas is a corporate veteran with over two decades of experience in financial services, business analytics, training facilitation, process development, technical writing, project management, and business consultation. As a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University, Mrs. Thomas harnessed the skill of research and intellectual presentation which provided a platform to matriculate to Assistant Vice President of Bank of America, N.A. and gain experience in leading teams ranging from 10-50 associates, developing processes impacting $300 - $500 million in real estate and insurance, and facilitating training for entry and executive level employees in North Carolina, Delaware, New York, Arizona, and California. In conjunction with her corporate career. Mrs. Thomas has served more than 10 years in non-profit services, assisting small and large organizations with program creation impacting thousands of people with meeting their basic needs, obtaining mental health services, learning self development principles, and acquiring community support. After retiring from the banking industry, Faith serves as the Program Director of Propel Forward, Inc. and also works as an independent business consultant, specializing in data analysis, grant writing training, program logic development training, board member orientation, and communications. Additionally, Mrs. Thomas uses her platform to speak to groups of men and women that inspires personal growth and committed outreach. Faith is dedicated to 360 vitalization with the aim to help individuals explore their potential and assist organizations with constructing viable methods to expand their reach and sustain their vision.
Faith N. Thomas/Programs Director
Faith Thomas is a native of Hertford, North Carolina and currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she discovered her talent for research and writing.
For over 20 years, Mrs. Thomas has been an associate for a multinational banking and financial service corporation where she developed her skill set as a business support manager, risk assessor, training facilitator, operations analyst, and project manager.
As an Assistance Vice President, Mrs. Thomas has years of experience working with senior levels of management and developing programs and workflows to build business with a customer-focused acumen.
Her skills extend beyond banking and are reflected in her community work. For more than a decade, she has served people by coordinating services and programs that provide an opportunity for people to give back to their respective communities.
Mrs. Thomas has served as an outreach department leader who has worked with hundreds of people to help individuals in need of clothes, food, and employment. She is a co-founder of Pay It Forward, where she finds joy in helping the disadvantaged overcome common challenges with uncommon solutions.
