We are truly honored that you desire to book Michael and Faith for your event. Please complete this form and provide as much detailed information as possible. This will assist us in the initial booking process. Please be aware that this serves as an invitation-only, and is NOT a confirmation of appearance, it merely assists us in making the best decision possible while doing all we can to meet your requested dates. Someone will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to continue or complete the booking process.

Please be advised that we are currently accepting in person bookings for training and events with less than 25 people in attendance with CDC compliance in place.
