Dr. Francene Hash

Dr. Fran is at the top of her field and is the fearless CEO and business executive, Dr. Hash has been active in administration and management for more than 25 years as a President, Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Chief Administrator for both non-profit and for-profit businesses. As a Corporate Consultant, she works with clients to assess their overall operational structure and to develop a 2-5-10 Year Strategic Master Plan to implement their mission. In 1989, Dr. Fran became a Church Administrator in a multi-faceted, multi-ethnic community church and ministry, settled on 75 acres with over 150,000 square feet in facilities. After developing and leading a volunteer base of over 500 volunteers, along with establishing policies and procedures for multiple auxiliary departments, Dr. Fran successfully led a Grant Team which procured over $22 million in grant funding to build an Enrichment Center and Senior Living facility that serves hundreds of families in the city. From years of experience and measurable success, Dr. Fran founded Pathways for Life Inc., and became an established writer, authoring more than twenty books including, "Building God's House", "Pathways for Life Personal Development and Success Manual", and "Seven Strategies for Raising a Healthy Church". Dr. Fran's career has lauded her to be a professional trainer, teacher, facilitator, author, executive manager, humanitarian, and life strategist, that empowers people and their organizations to soar.
